![]() For a while now, i've said that Greg Inglis is a shoe in to get the Golden Boot this year for world's best player. Nearly everyone i've said this to has laughed it off as ludicrous. But I seriously think that Inglis is the best going around and if this current season hasn't proved it then the tri-nations will. What do y'all think?

![]() Not that you're biased or anything.
![]() Do Australians really care about that award though??? Isn't it normally judged in England and often given to some pom that wouldn't even make our team? I remember a couple of years ago, that certainly happened. They gave it to one of the English forwards. I can't even remember his name, but when he came up against Darren Lockyer in the final, it was pretty damn obvious who should have won it. Last edited by Sportz : 20th September 2006 at 06:09 PM. |

![]() Ahhh, Andy Farrell. That's right. His name really sticks out up against those other great players I reckon. In any case, I still don't think that most Aussies really care very much about this award.
