Does anybody know where this horse is? He ran a great race in the 2001 Melbourne Cup to fininsh 5th, albeit on a track that was too hard for his best performance. Horses that race forward and can stay have a fantastic advantage in the MelCup I beleive, and at 51Kgs and a wet track, what price him? Maybe somebody may know if Moroney has a website happening yet... Cheers

Tab Hunter, seems he might pop up this Saturday in the Craiglee.

Thank's Sandgroper, I have been looking forward to his return. He has to be stronger now as a 5Yo, and if he comes back sound, he will fill our pockets with big $$$. I like him alot on a wet track in the Mel Cup... Can't beleive his price! 51/1 or better? Bargain. Cheers

Tab Hunter,
I love the name but I don't know if MayTheHorseBeWithU can win the cup. Before you put too much money on him at this stage you may want to look at an article in a recent PuntToWin newsletter about the Melbourne Cup All-In betting: http://www.propun.com.au/archived_a...ce230802_2.html I certainly wouldn't bet at this stage - too much can happen between now and November.

You are right becareful, I am getting a little carryed away this far out. I did the same thing with Streak and Kayf Tara a couple of years ago. Kayf scratched on the morning hurt, then Streak went under in the race itself to clean me out. I heed your warning! I wouldn't way it down with the weight of my money anyway...Cheers
