Can anyone direct me to the availablity of a stand alone Target bet program or XL spread sheet format preferable, that can say bet to win a set amount per race plus losses similar to the Ozracetool program that is at a reasonable price?

I have tried to open the program from horseracingsystems.net but for some reason an error message comes up preventing its download.

The same thing happens on other computers I have tried.

Can someone advise how I can make it open?

Its dutch betting program downloads perfectly but not their staking plan. Weird.
