Do pro's generally stick to mid week and weekend meetings as a rule? It seems on other days the fields are predominantly maidens.

There are very few pros. Lots of ************s think they are pros but not many really good profitable ones. The biggest punters are rich businessman who can afford to lose.

If you can afford to bet big and lose, you dont need to bet for a living. You can invest the money safely and enjoy life and bet for fun.

Making a living out of punting at 10% on turnover is hard work.

To make $100,000 pa you need to turnover $20,000 a week and if you have a bad year and make say $20,000 or lose you've done a lot of hard study for nothing.
