![]() Hey guys,
my dad recieves sms messages from a tipping service. lately they have been getting some good results so he decided he wants to follow them. the way the send their messages is they give u the selection and then how many "units" to put on that horse be it e/w, win or place. for example , melbourne race 6 no 4 makybe diva 7 units e/w. they have never gone over 10 units when suggesting a bet but can give up to 5 bets per day my question is how much do i bet when they give him these tips? im gonna follow these tips aswell and have decided to set up a bankroll of $1000. i have suggested he do the same thing? good idea or not? any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance |

![]() Try betting 1/20th of bank .
Split the bet over win & place e.g. $1000 / 20 = 50 a race = 25w + 25P Bet only increases once balance increases. Bet 1/20th of bank on all horses rather than staggered amounts as they may surgest, because not much will be on the good payers & lots on, on short payers. Cheers.
