Default Moonee Valley 15/9

Thought i'd get the discussion rolling for this week...

I haven't been through the form guide as yet but there is one that I dived into.

Gold Edition in the Manikato. Think she will lead them up, kick off the turn and there will be no catching her at the Valley after she has run them off there feet. Sportsbet.com.au put up $3.6 which I thought was a bit of overs, and has since been wound into $3.2. I say get on while you can.

And to the rest of the races...
Race 2 Tango Amigo's looks like a pretty good thing here. I was a big fan last campagin and look forward to her return. Think she will win this and go on to much bigger things.

Race 4 Champagne Stakes. I think Bel Mer will go well, was saved from last week for this which is alot weaker. The valley will suit, think the danger is Arcadia. Bel Mer is at quite a good price though I think.

Race 5 Think there is quite a good bet in this race.Typhoon Zed. Ran a good second to last start to Undue. Tim Martin runner so keep an eye on the market if the money comes, make sure you don't miss the boat. You might be best to get on before the money comes.

Race 8 Independent Cranes Stakes. I think you have to stick with Devil Moon here. Was so impressive last week and think that she will just win again. TAB sportsbet are offering $4.6 .

Put forward your opinions...

Jeff

Gee, can't believe I missed that. Must of come in quickly, I always check them on a Thursday and so often they give overs and their market will change. Did you have a little bit at that price?

Cool

For the biggies, i think El Segundo is a very good chance if you can get a price. that being said, i'm still very confident and would take 2.5+.
3-8 exacta might be short but seems obvious

i think Here De Angels will beat gold edition in the manikato, i've never been a big fan of GE and freedman should have HDA well primed for this even second up. for value, Dr Nipandtuck ran a cracker behind these two last start, keep it in the multis its a big chance. Universal Queen and Undue the other chances. 1,3,4,9,10 tri

sportsbet.com.au are offering $2.65 on El Segundo. Not a bad price. Won't be a great deal of pace on though I don't think. However I am sticking with him.

The Valley
Dead/Rail out 2m.

r1 Bit of a dart job, but with the rail out the favorite Down Under Boy will need luck in the running from the poor barrier. I like the mid-pacer Goondi. Back to the right class and will have e/w odds.

r2 McFly has the right alley for a back-marker and the pace will be on in this to suit. I also like the classy Tango Amigo which has won at the track and has a 2 for 2 first up record.

r3 Snappy Tom goes well here and was 2.8L from Here De Angels last start, so it's good form for this lower class race.

r4/1,2,3,4,10 could all win this, but I'll go Gladwell because it won it's only start here, will have reasonable odds and is as good as any.

r5 Typhoon Zed and Kaphero will put the pace on and I'll throw in the back-marker with odds, Corporal Nediym from b12 for a Quin. and a cheap Tri.

r6 Haradasun with Beadman [who can used the whip well with with his left hand] is an ideal combo here and is my pick.

r7 Pass on this one [odds will be unders]. r8 Evilweb. r9 Sirmione or Soulacroix

Good luck everyone!
