Taking Unders
It may seem as though I am talking through my wallet here, which I must admit I am to some extent.
I took a double on Thursday, as I always do as the TAB sportsbet are always giving overs at this time. However it was not me laughing at them this week it was them laughing at me. I took Gabidon into Bon Hoffa. The only problem was that I took Gabidon at $17 and it ended up paying $36 on the best tote. That was into Bon Hoffa at $4.2. Multi Odds were $71.40. So it was a good winner, but... what could of been. Oh well a winner is a winner. Does anyone else have any funny stories where you have dived into what you think are overs only to have it come undone? |

Making bets when the price is at the top fluctuation is a skill I would love to master. I have success betting at best of tote and SP (Sportsbet, Sportingbet) and I'm sticking with that for now. |

I also bet with those agencies with the best of the totes and the top flucuation. I do find though that Thursday's does produce overs as they have not set their markets correctly. E.g. getting $3.6 on Gold Edition in the Manikato.
