ive been importing (into excel) what i need from unitab's rsbform for yonks but would be willing to fork out some hard earned for a more detailed offering

Seeing as there's nothing coming through from here, maybe contact the various form suppliers direct. As soon as you mention you don't mind paying for it, I'm sure they would be able to supply. I should think technically it wouldn't be too difficult - just depends on how much they will charge versus how badly you need it.
