What makes Kapstaad Way the wet track "duffer" the media seems to have become very fond of labelling it? The horse has had one start for one failure on a heavy track and one start for a close up fourth on dead. Hardly enough form to warrant the label.
Connections say they are worried about track conditions but the horse remains an $8 to $9 chance with bookmakers so there must be some support. Great barrier, top jockey, never missed a place at the track, pretty good lead up form, I don't know if I'll be writing it off too quickly. Any thoughts? |

Yo,
I backed him in both cups last year. He doesn't exactly relish the wet going, but I don't think he is a complete duffer in it. Will have to back up again today and see, although I like INAFLURY as my first pick (See previous post on long range tips for the cups).
