I acknowledge the effort that goes into race calling, and that it is by no means easy, but the pronunciation of horse names is something these guys should be right on top of.

Why would you pronounce Gawd as God?
Why would you pronounce Vigor as Vee Gor?
Why would you pronounce Feline Groovy as Feelin Groovy?

I could go on and on, there are dozens. Race Callers need to realise that many owners put a lot of thought and meaning into their horses' names and for some, like the above, to be mispronounced is just dumb really.
