just goin thru tonights greyhound results and came across albion pk race 6
there was a full field of 8 set to run, then it says on the unitab website there were 2 late scratchings, which, i think, still entitles eachway bettors to the full 3 dividends, yet the third dog has NTD next to it, have i missed something, or are the punters who backed this dog gettin jipped??

Was it declared a non-runner or a late scratching?

Also I think it depends on the time of the scratching but as you say if it was considered a late scratching rather than a scratching, a third dividend should have been declared for sure.

Just checked SuperTAB site and FANCY COUNTESS was third and returned $3.80 a place. Therefore I would assume that UNITAB either has different rules or you have indeed been jipped.
