Default Little Help - Last run codes ?

I was looking at the last start codes on betfair form guide and I am not sure I know what they mean.

What is R/11 ? (Whats the R stand for ? Obviously 11 is the runners in the race)
What is C/11 ? (Whats the C stand for ? Obviously 11 is the runners in the race)

I assume F is failed to finish. I assume R is retired. But what is C ?

Example :

A particular horse:
http://form.horseracing.betfair.com...orse/1/00294736

A race:
http://form.horseracing.betfair.com...ork-IE-Cor/1250

In above example check the last 2 horses.

Also what is "o" ?

The only thing I can find is from clicking on the 'glossary' link (right down the bottom) of http://www.timeform.com/main.asp you get this page:

http://www.timeform.com/show_article.asp?num=1803

The last paragraph

* in form figures indicates 'won'. Other superior figures indicate finishing position (2nd - 6th). Letters used include F (fell), pu (pulled up), ur (unseated rider), bd (brought down), r (refused), su (slipped up), ro (ran out) and co (carried out).

Reminds me of this line from The Hitchikers' Guide to the Galaxy -

'It was on display in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying "Beware of The Leopard".'

thanks jazzy.

I have no idea what ran out and carried out are but it looks like they are not scratchings so the horse must have started the race.
