Party, according to betchoice, the place percentages for best tote was only 298.5% and paying 3 dividends. Its tough to complain here. The old 1/4 the odds rule is not feasible with an odds on fave in the race, and downright pointless in Black Caviars case, her odds are some of the shortest we will ever see.

The same thing was happening to the price in Phar Lap's day.
