Hi All,

well it hasn't been a good run for the PPF selections so far. Since starting to post the selections, there have been 13 selections, for 2 wins, with a loss of 5.3 units (-41% POT).

Please note that as of next week, I will be posting the selections for a slightly wider race criteria. The original system specified a distance of 1100-2400 and a field of 8+. I will be relaxing the rules slightly and posting for all races.

For those interested in the rules, the original thread can be found here.

Cheers,
Chris.

I have run this plan through a couple years & it`s strike rate is reasonable, it tends to pick horses on the short side which makes it difficult to pull a level stakes profit.

I ran the pre-post market over it & its uncanny how how the majority of the winners fall into 3/1 & less catagory.

Try changing rule 6 to: Last 4 runs must add to no more than 10 [ a '0' in the runs means add 10 not 0 ] with at least one win and add: Must be 9/1 or less pre-post.

This slight change allows for an unlucky/wrong condt. run in the last 4 but shows strong form and ability to win. The 9/1 rule gets rid of unrealistic class jumpers. Has been showing a profit but I can't back check it for any length of time.

Cheers.
