I have occassionally noticed that horses that have the form X0X or X9X ... X1X etc (but mainly X0X).. do pretty well, and pay some hefty divs at times.

They come back from a spell, have a run (which normally is a shocker), have another spell, then seem to return a hell of a lot better.

Anybody taken any notice of these? As I said, I have only glanced at this and have not looked at the history of such events.

sportznut et al ... if you are going from race to race on UniTAB and spot any, see if you can come to some sort of conclusions yourself...

Regards,

OM

Felicity, on a totally unrelated matter, am I right in saying that your database can check for horses starting from the outside barrier? If so, I wonder could you possibly contact me at sportznut67@hotmail.com
