Nope.

I know it certainly happens on Unitab. Absolutely ridiculous that you can back a horse for a place and it does just that and then they just give you your money back.

Worst thing is the damn rounding down. If the correct dividend for a horse is actually $1.09, they round it all the way down to $1.00, not $1.05 as they used to.

And how many times do they not come in at all

there is a very good reason why they do this....it is to cover thier own butts....this was used against them on a dog race a few years back that resulted in them paying out more than they had in the pool.

Not getting into any argument, but since I started betting place only BEST TOTE I have never had a $1 return, though some of the totes were, but one is usually at least $1.10c, but there has been several cases where one tote was paying $1, and another $1.40+
