Rule [1] 7 to 14 days since Last Start
Rule [2] 10 to 17 between 2nd last and last start
Rule [3] last 6 starts must have produced PLACE% percentage = too or better than career AVERAGE.
Is there anyone interested in adding to these 3 RULES

CLASS =EQUAL /DROP

FIELD STRENGTH = DROP.

This is a serious topic so I feel it deserves a serious response.
We owe that to the original poster.

Another thing we could look at is a GOOD race last start .
1000 - 1600 = Won or beaten within 2 lengths
1600 - 3200 = won or beaten within 3 lengths.
