Default Good betting races

I am now suggesting that the good betting races are in fact the BONG BONG maidens.
I have been playing around with quality races at quality meetings, but it seems "the people who know",have been there and the market is pretty much how it should be.
But at obscure meetings, the proportion of "informed money",compared to uninformed money is much less, and it is the uninformed money that the professionals are placing into their bank accounts.
How you pick the winners is up to you,but many a good winner is underated by the markets.
Also I have found many overlays at the Thursday night meetings at the Valley.

I would have to dissagree...i find the best races are the better quality races.....the form is more exposed the prize money is bigger therefore the trainers are trying to win the race....i have always done my best on these races and it is not always the fav that wins....good prices are there to be found.....but hey thats just my opinion

When I say a successful race,I don't mean I predicted the result, but races that were profitable over time.
Anyone can pick Lhonro to win,but not many can make a profit backing him!

Races that run true to form are the best guide. As in finals or semi-finals in terms of greyhounds or G3 G2 G1 in horses or the big events in harness.

In terms of a maiden race, all you know is the breed and the trainer. There is no form to go by, and sometimes a few trials. Obviously a favourite in a maiden isn't a *real* favourite. You would call Allingi a *real* favourite as its the best horse that runs true to form. YOu cant say that based on its breeding this horse will win, it just doesn't work that way. There is no consistancy in who wins maidens, but there is in the bigger races-Form runners.
