G'day Benny

I don't reckon that 6 months worth of results give you enough coverage of all the possible track, conditions, patterns and other variables. My results analyses went back 2 years after I found that not enough was covered after only researching 1 years results. With 2 years worth I was able to develop a successful statistical based method of selection that is still going strong 4 years later.

Filtering information is very subjective and modified by individual bias for or against each separate factor. It is probably a matter of looking at all the information you have gathered and determining what you feel are the integral ingredients.

Have a look at "Pareto's Principle" via your search engine and bear that in mind when looking through your stats.

Cheers

If it's data, store it in a database. If you're going to be making statistical-type queries on it, put it in a spreadsheet. If you don't know how to extract meaningful information from it, use a pre-made programme that can.

As mentioned before (and assuming your data is from Cyberhorse) I think the best programme for developing systems based on historical data is Bet Selector. For using data solely within a formguide, I recommend Bizzy Form.

Is that the type of advice you wanted Benny? I'm not exactly sure what data you have, and what you want to do with it.
