![]() Could anyone give me some info on how sectional times can be utilised. I want to incorperate them but don;t really know how to treat them or what to look for. Ie what sectionals indicate a good run as opposed to a bad one. One thing i was thinking is if a horse was held up in the straight but then got clear and ran the fastest final 200 this would be a good indication of the run (obvious I know) but any input would be good.
Thanks |

![]() There's an article in the archives of the just racing website www.justracing.com.au which is worth a read.

![]() Thanks for the tip. Off topic - Whoever writes the barrier comments on that site is a complete anus.
