Started so promising then hit a heap of placings ....

Both Super Sovereign and Little Punc had their chances. Super Soverign lost by the barest of margins and got done by the bob on the line. Little Punc had its nose in front with about 100m to go and had every right to win but seemed to slow down for the last 50m.
