Yes they are favs $4.00 or under in the papers. Lord knows they don't always end up favs though. Thats one of the biggest problems i've found. There is such a descrepancy between pre-post favs and actual favs. I usually lay them anyway, but im thinking of putting a cap of no more than 5.00 on them.
Due to work, i can only do the form early morn. Ideally i would look at each race much closer to start time.
