All good fun, tough race indeed, but there you go.

Chuck had the winner, so congrats to him.

Some disappointing performances for mine. Victory Chant had absolutely nothing, Deferential copped major interference by Victory Chant. Camarilla??? Who knows, ran on well so i'd hazard a guess that the race tactics were not up to scratch. Thought Gauci was not aggressive enough out of the barrier to take up a position. Got back and that was the end of her. Few others probably deserve a mention as well. Winners performed on the day.

That's all i really noted.

I managed the Boxed Tri. and my top selection ran 3rd. Should be 32pts. I think[?]

ironic how the chook raffle became your blue diamond in the rough crash !

well done

(feel a bit guilty only giving you 40 pts - since you're the first to pick the tri -
but i suppose we are rewarding the winners with the most under the rules... )

Yeah, your right . Lousy points for a tri. but heck, I backed it for a unit for almost $600 payout so I'm not crying about the stingy points!
