Having listened to all the experts regarding the equine influenza , it appears that no racing today was the only course of action, but.......... why when you go to Tab.com is there no mention of races being called off, surely a notice on the website would have been a good idea?? Not until you try to place a bet do you see that there are no races??

Or maybe I am just bored and a bit whingy as we have no races!!!

no not necessarily whingy but its part of todays customer service.
no one rings back anymore
letters arent answered.
good service is a premium these days.

someone told me once that the "customer is gold" doesnt seem to be true anymore.
