All things considered, if I were to use the folllwing information as guidence to Form at the the track, how would it be best to use the following information to rate a horse at a glance?

1.JOCKEY RATE
2.WEIGHT
3.LAST START
4.PLACINGS IN LAST 4-5 STARTS

My question is, if one was to consider top rated jockey was worth 5 points
and 2nd top rated jockey was 4 points, then is the greater or the lesser of the weight of each of those horses worth more or less point alocation ?

Is the weight going up because of winning performace or due to comming down in class ?

A good question for this time of year.

Cheers.
