Have I got this right?

You want to put 5 2 1 into one cell looking like this 5:2-1?

If so, assume your data is in cells A1 B1 and C1.

Cell D1 enter formula =A1&":"&B1&"-"&C1

Result is 5:2-1

Just copy the formula all the way down Column D to do all of columns A B and C at once.
