How could that winner pay so much?

It was the only horse in the field placed last start (2nd). 4 horses had a 0 against their name last start, 2 had a 9th last start (one first up), 2 had a 5th last start (one first up) and a first starter.

It makes you wonder!

I,m going to test it for September using the 10 Block Staking plan eliminating any under $3.25. $1000 bank and 1st bet $10

Also with the 6 Point divisor plan.
Target $100 Bank $1000 (Same - Minimum $3.25 )

Be interesting and gives me something to do.

Welcome to short sprint racing ,where there are often anomalies like this & it often does not make sense.

Like odds on shots that have never had a start before & the second Fav with questionable form is 8.00 & wins.
