Cyberhorse free form has the fields, R&S has the Don Scott and neurals ratings, but only when on the TAB.
I don't know what the 100 points refer to sorry.

Google "Hong Kong jockey Club" as I beliueve they are the place for the form on hong kong races. I remember reading somewhere they were at the forfront of form guides for around the world.

I checked but they had no racecards up at the moment so cant tell you how good it is.
