In Race 4 Ipswich the rider is Not Notified.
I searched all the jockey databases and lists of new apprentices but could not find any listing for poor old Not Notified.
Does he claim?

Chrome, he doesn't seem to have much luck.
Has been "riding" for years but his horses always seem to be scratched or he gets replaced.
