2)Bet the one which has races within 7 days starting from barriers 1-3

Not many bets but has a strong strike rate.

Hi all,
Very new to Neural algorithms, I have a question if I may, by changing Preference scaling from 1 to 5 what kind of changes are we expecting in outcome.
Please excuse my ignorance; I hope some one could explain.
