Back on top..thanks to Sarah Jay and a couple of trifectas..
I'm now making selections where i think the favourite would be my 2nd choice..i wasn't doing this before..
still only about 8 winners of about 60 odd bets..not a great strikerate ..but by effectively having 2 safegaurds ..The Fav and the Tri ..its kept me ahead.. i suppose i'll keep going and try and snag a few selections who will win..

same sysytem except i'm being selective in my selections..taking into account ratings..
Trifectas will be 3/6/6 My selection on top line with the next FAV and then the next top Zip rating horse.
the next 3 horses for the bottom 2 lines in the tri will be the next 2 in betting and then the best roughie taking into account barrier and jockey.
If my selction is the Fav then it will be 2/7/7 My selection and the next top zip rating horse then the next 4 in betting then the best roughie as above.

great day today thanks to a nice tri at canterbury..bank looks good and i still seem to be going alright considering my win rate is still below average for my selections.
any comments regarding this system in regards improving it even more are more than welcome :smile:

Should have stuck by my rule of no bets in Slow or heavy in Melbourne..would have saved 300 dollars

Thought it was going to be one of those days when Hoofer and Master Charlie came home well but missed out and Little Jeboa and Blue Patriach just missed aswell. Must say i had alittle help with Tellem when a reliable contact informed me to stay away from Proudly Agro who was too over the top and to back something with a real good barrier..
