I was thinking of backing Snitzel for the Millions today at $3.40 but decided to wait. He'll be odds-on now.

Like you, I liked 3, 1 & 13 in the last, so that race was a good result.

Snitzel was good, but I was disappointed by Blizzardly who over raced and then failed to accelerate properly in the straight. Blizzardly is better then that - time for a spell for him.

Blizzardly's failure flattered Snitzel. Nevertheless, Sniztel does now rate as the best 2yo in Australia and, I would think, still has further improvement in him. The danger in the Magic Millions will come from Meriwether, who won comfortably on Sunday.

The depth drops out of the race after that.

Snitzel should definitely start odds-on, especially after Blizzardly is taken out.
