Just wondering if you can go anywhere in Australia [mainly sydney and canberra] and bet on the races in Hong Kong?

There is a one page article in this months Practical Punting Monthly on betting on Hong Kong races that you might find helpful. Gives info on where to find form guides for Hong Kong.
