Mid-week totes

According to the new sportingbet site, they will no longer offer best tote for non-metro races. Very disappointing. That just leaves Center Racing, as far as I know, who offer it.

Yeh, Duritz posted earlier re MaxiDiv and Best Fluc now only available on metro meetings. ratz!
