Could someone explain to me why the short quote on Langness tommorow at Chelt. I look in the formguide to see 1 start, beating one horse home out of 14, with seemingly no mitigating circumstances. How does this qualify $1.60?

It actually had a start before that in a Blue Diamond prelude and won brilliantly by 3 lengths but that was called a no-race because the barriers didn't work properly.
