Real Deal,

You do the following.

Go to lobby - Click Menu - Manage Private Tables.

Sometimes it doesn't show up. I don't know why. Try sitting at a table and then going back to the lobby and doing it again (whilst still sitting at a table)

From there it should be self explanatory.
