Another System for Testing

Here's one I've been following for 3 months. Metro only

The rules

must be beaten no more than 3 lengths at last start.
eliminate all country and provincial form
barrier 1 to 9
last start within last 21 days
weight +/- 2.5 kgs
betting in the top 5
riden by top jockey.
