Default Elusive SP

Just a general word of warning to fellow systemites. When formulating a method stipulating a SP eg. say, 2-1 or less, beware, as the SP is just that Starting Price, in other words you only know what the SP is AFTER the race has started.

you can guess, but you don't know, what looks like a 2-1 chace 30 seconds b4 the off can change in an instant.

The only way around this as far as I can see (and what I do with one plan) is to use the Pre-Post (forcast) price but needless to say you must use the same source all the time as different publications can differ.
