I've read on here in the past that the racing and sports neurals are updated after the races. Does anyone know what time this actually occurs. If I was to look at them now (7.25pm Melbourne time) would I be looking at the neurals pre- race day or post racing?

If it is after the fact, does anyone have todays neural ratings prior to the races starting (or even the neurals before scratchings)?
