Racing & Sports Morning Line

Hi Guys,

On the above website they have a morning live also in the Donc Scott ratings section.

Can anyone confirm who compiles this? Does anyone know and also how accurate this is compared to say the daily newspaper pre post markets?

I was reading that pre post markets do not lead to winners like they once did. Anyone have any thoughts or know on the above?
