The C Plan

Hi All,

I recently got Racing Pays More. Great book!

What I was wondering. Is anyone here using the C plan with free ratings with any success?

The book suggests W*nform ratings however without any research I cannot see this wouldn't work with other free ratings.

Anyone got any experience or comments on this?
