Hard to go past FREE AT LAST, been very impressive since returning west after having a reasonable campaign in Melbourne. Last years winner TUMERIC appears to have been set for this race only, hence hasn't done much form wise in recent times. BLACK TOM caught the eye last start, running home strongly behind FREE AT LAST. Was at cricket score odds that day, if no fluke could go on with it. HIGGINS GOLD from memory finished in front of FREE AT LAST in last year's cup, seems also been set for this 1 race only.
