I have been trying to include a text attachment in a post but for some reason I am not succeeding - can someone please advise ?

I managed to UPLOAD the file twice but right then I click and click on
'Close this window' but no luck, it won't close - I need to know how I would get past that point ?

Then, as the file is already Uploaded somewhere, how do I now recover it and include in a post ?
