have to agree with most you said xpt, other than the hurdles/steeplechase & wfa races, also not a big fan of class 6 races, either metro or provincial, they are usualy made up of some very ordinary types.

benny, as to your list of races to exclude i would suggest still considering a bet in large fields if you are keen on your selection & it isnt drawn too poorly. also with races >2000m i find my best results come from those horses toward the top of the weights.
