Weather
Just wondering given all the talk about the track whether anyone thinks that the weather can have an effect on the horses in tomorrows Cup. With a top temp of 28 predicted would there be horses that are aclimatised to these conditions better than others. If I was running 3 k tomorrow I would certainly struggle in that heat, whereas if I was from Qld it wouldnt bother me. Does anyone think that heat can affect horses? Will 28 be warm enough to unsettle a few of them or given that we havent really warmed up yet this spring will it be a shock to the system?
