It is fantastic to see some true gentleman in the racing game. This forum seems to have plenty of them. XPT, sportz, chrome prince just to name a few. (I know there is a lot more and I am sorry not to mention you!)
Just a question. When running a service would many people put customer service as a priority? I recently took on a five day trial of a well known Uk lay service. I have been betting for years but never layed a horse and did it out of curiosity to learn more about betfair. First day a lay tip is given to me at 2.90. I log into betfair and the price is more around 7.40. I am thinking have I missed something? HAs the provider got another way of portraying his expected odds? I send him an email giving my background asking for clarification. I get an abusive email back stating that "if you are an experienced gambler then you should know that odds change and you must be stupid not to know this". I email back saying that the discrepancy was very large and I got the email only 1/2 hour after he sent it. I also asked does he speak to all his clients this way. Another email flashes back stating that my trial is cancelled due to my "stupidity".
Is this anyway to run a service?
