Could anyone tell me if it is at all possible to run a 'black book' in excel ??.

I am using cyberhorse 5 start form which I can extract to excel, but I am not sure if I can have a list of horses that can be searched for to see if they are running that particular meeting. I realise I can have this information sent to me from a couple of sources, but I would like to be able to do it myself. I also know how to search for one at a time , but can I do a multiple search or rather search for numerous horses.??????
Regards..enjay.
