This plan has prooved to be a little beauty. 1)Target is set at 2% of bank 2)Divisor is set 3/1 for the first 5 loosing bets ,then divisor is increased by adding 3,which now makes divisor 6 for the next 5 loosing bets & so on. 3)Divisor is reduced by odds struck. 4)Start series again once in profit, no matter how small the profit.
I have found this to work following the TAB first 2 Fav. & backing the one with the widest barrier of the two. I`d welcome any feed back on this plan.

Sounds like a sensible bank grower, especially if you cull races. I would be more inclined to use the better Jockey of the two rather than barrier.... but top 2 favs always mean regular collects.

Dear Shy, The jockey idea sounds good ,what jockey rating or assesment would you use to difine who the stronger of the 2 jockeys is for that particular horse.

I use the racingandsports site neural algorithms with the settings set at JA=1 and all the rest=no. I then ignore any jockeys with a result of less than 5. I also ignore jockeys with less than 50 wins in the last year from the jockey stats page. This leaves you with the top in-form jocks for the meeting.

hope this is of use

Another idea on how this can be used for busy punters,is betting race No.1 onto betting race No.1 the next day & so on. Do the same for all 8 races, day to day .Venue to venue .That way all races can be targeted all at once. Great for busy punters who dont want to spend all day at it.

Hi, I am new to this, could you please explain in plain language how a staking plan works.
IE. If i start with a bank of $500.00, and i bet 5% and loose the first 5 and win the 6th.
then lose the 7th, what would my 7 bets be.

$500 Bank @ 2%=$10
Race Target Divisor Outlay
1 10 3 3 L

2 13 3 4 L
3 17 3 6 L
4 23 3 8 L
5 31 3 10 L
6 41 6 7 W Win@$3.90=odds2.9/1 $20.30 Profit on this race only, deduct this off the target to get new revised target.Deduct odds figure off the divisor to get new revised divisor.
7 20.70 3.1 7 For the next 5
8 27.70 3.1 9 loosing bets.

I hope this helps. You need to have patience to follow these type of plans ,but they do work.If you can pull the winners.
Cheers
