Gday Sportz...

I reckon I said this to you ages ago... your ratings work over the long run... so trust the ************ things.. U will surprise yaself how much you will make if you keep your nerve.... Somedays we all lose, but if your ratings are any good (which I know yours are) TRUST EM...

I just backed a thing in the last at Ipswich I had it rated 3rd pick at about $6.. It wins and pays 26 bucks... thats what I mean by trusting your ratings... who cares if no one agrees with you... the less that agree with you the better the price imho.. Trust ya gut Sportz... I do.. sometimes I fall flat but other times it is wooooooooohooo time

XPT,

As it turned out, by race time, I had actually decided to make my biggest bet on Blue Collar Jack. Some on here might remember that Mr Ed and myself both had Blue Collar Jack last start when it won at about the same price as today. It came out of a strong form race back in the autumn when it should have won. In the placings that day were St Louis Blue, Abitakash and Correct Amoondo. Well, all 3 have run well since and after Abitakash won race 3 easily today, that boosted my confidence for Blue Collar Jack and Correct Amoondo. They promptly ran 1-2 at nice odds.

Mav, I blew it last night not just following Byrne. I was looking for value and couldn't catch a thing. It all started with missing Can Man in the first. i didn't spot your selection in my sloppy writing on my paper until a little later. When the horse is new to me it doesn't stand out as much. I didn't even check the results after the 3rd in Ballina and Ips yet, but it's enough to know that I missed Blue Collar Jack. Where did he run? We weren't taking it, I guess. Damn it, the bird shying wonder does it again, huh? I appreciate the nice info though and it all was very accurate, as usual. I think tonight I'm going to stick around and bet on the phone/computer so I don't miss anything. I don't mind listening on 2ky anyway. It reminds me of the old days in the bookie joints here in town before simulcasting! LOL (the best laid plans, we'll see what really happens)

Sportz, keep me abreast of St. Louis Blue when he's in. I like the name since it's the name of one of our hockey teams and that's my game and he sounds like he's ready to pop. I appreciate it. Glad to hear the Australian Handicapping Team/propun divison is still kicking ass!!!!!

Makybe Diva is in this weekend at Moonee Valley. Sounds like a good Sat. of racing coming up. It's good to know the only BOSS isn't just here in Asbury Park, New Jersey! Where's my High Cee going to go next? Hopefully somehere at a higher level so I can't catch a nice div. What does everybody think of HIGH CEE?

Red face

Quote Sportz "Yeah. I'm going to have to write up a set of rules and sit 'em on the desk right in front of me"

Yeah know how you feel Sportz...had an up and down day today and if I had shown a bit of discipline and stuck to my guns then I would have turned a small profit into a great one...still on top so shouldnt complain after Blue Wednesday lol...want to thank Mav, Sportz, XPT, Stix and others (apologies if Ive missed you-tired from viewing videos for this weekend) for tips which I must say helped today...hope I can return the favour one day...

Keep up the great work!
