Busy day in here today by the looks of things, few winners around. Desi doin the forum proud again in WA along with other multiple winners.
Hey Stix, sorry mate Ive been flat out the last few days tidying things up b4 I go away, unable to get near a puter today. My mate wasnt that confident today but suggested an e/w with covet in gold.. only bet I had today in the end. Its a funny horse that one. He paid more for that horse than he did for soveriegn miss (from exact same breeding) and look at the soveriegns achievements to now, should be racing on melbourne cup day in a fillies and mares race if all goes well.... luck of the draw i guess. Mav, Id be keen to catch up with ya at the track for sure.... I owe you a couple of beers I reckon!! Im going to the g/coast races on the 7th for my brothers bucks party, wedding on the 15th but 22nd looks good... cox plate day I reckon. Been over to melbourne for at least 2 meetings during the spring carnival for the last 10 years, gonna be a bit wierd missing out this year. No more bets for me until saturday this week, havnt got the time to do the form, will start watchin the vids for a big saturday!!! Good luck to all........

Anyone who wants to throw up selections for tommorow nights mooney valley would be great. Bought a package at an auction, dinner and drinks package in the committee room. So now all i need is some winners to go with it. The 3000 metre definately not a good race to start off on!!! I was having a look at the form, anyone know what was up with prince of scribes last run???
Cheers, Matt |

Not totally sure, but he had won over 3000m on a wet track just 6 days before. Perhaps that took too much out of him and he didn't back up??? I backed him in that win and it was a good enough performance to think he would be a chance here if right.
Kravitz is going up in distance just a little bit. Last edited by Sportz : 22nd September 2005 at 09:08 AM. |

Gee, I tell you Ballarat is keeping the shirt on my back today...
Probably can't say the same for the bookies. I would imagine a lot of sad faces in the ring there. 3 huge plonks, sending the bookies to the poor house.... |
